Communications strategy
I worked with an international NGO on creating a communications strategy from scratch. The aim was that, once it was in place, the small in-house team could implement the strategy themselves and - with monitoring systems embeded - could continuously evaluate and improve their outreach.
The development of a communications strategy included a full communications channel audit, the development of key messaging with messaging workshops held with the team and stakeholder mapping.
At the end of the project the team had a comprehensive strategy in place and a practical toolkit with which they could carry out their communications work in-house.
